Your tasks:

  • Supporting the chef in planning and organizing kitchen operations
  • Responsibility for a specific position in the kitchen
  • Supervision and coordination of work processes in the kitchen
  • Instructing and training the kitchen team
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
  • Assisting with the creation of menus and the selection of ingredients
  • Taking responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the chef

 


Requirements:

  • Completed training as a cook
  • Several years of professional experience in gastronomy
  • Leadership qualities and ability to work in a team
  • Creativity and passion for gastronomy
  • Good knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP)
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
