- Supervision and coordination of work processes in the kitchen
- Instructing and training the kitchen team
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
- Assisting with the creation of menus and the selection of ingredients
- Taking responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the chef
Requirements:
- Completed training as a cook
- Several years of professional experience in gastronomy
- Leadership qualities and ability to work in a team
- Creativity and passion for gastronomy
- Good knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
